We understand how airports run; our representatives can help you navigate through check-in, security, and immigration quickly. They can assist with baggage handling, lost luggage and can even organize transport to and from the airport. ARRIVALS

Meet and Greet – You will be met by our local representative. This could be at the aircraft, passenger bridge, the arrivals hall or an agreed point within the airport. For arrivals where aircraft are parked on the apron, you will be escorted by private vehicle to the terminal. Immigration – We will escort you through priority lanes to avoid the queues. Porter Services – Your luggage will be collected from the baggage claim area and taken to your vehicle. Onward transport – We will liaise with your driver with destination details etc.

DEPARTURES

Outbound Meet and Greet – Our representative will meet you at an agreed point at the terminal. They will assist you through check-in without queuing, accompany you to the lounge and will monitor the flight boards for the current flight status. They will then escort you to the aircraft. For departures by aircraft parked on the apron, you will be escorted by private vehicle from the terminal. Porter services – Your luggage will be collected from your vehicle and taken to the check-in counter. Immigration and Security – You will be escorted through security and immigration using priority lanes.

CONNECTIONS

Our services are not just for guests arriving and departing from the airport, but also for those transiting between flights. All our arrival and departure services such as clearance through security and immigration, flight monitoring and general airport assistance are also available.
