Please take a few minutes to read carefully and understand the booking terms and conditions before booking a tour with us. By making a booking and paying your deposit, you proclaim that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Deposit and final payment
Upon booking a 25% deposit is required to secure the tour.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour departure.
An invoice will be sent to you together with the payment instructions. All payments must be made in invoiced currency and should be free of bank charges.
Your booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have emailed you a formal confirmation. Please do not make any non-changeable arrangements pertaining to your travel with us until you receive our confirmation. Please check the confirmation carefully to ensure all the information is correct.
Cancellation by you
Cancellation of the tour must be made in writing and is not effective until such written cancellation is received and acknowledged by us.
The following cancellation fees will apply.
We set minimum numbers for the tour based on logistics. If the minimum group size has not been met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour as not commercially viable. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund of all the money paid by you to us.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the tour any time before the date of the departure. If the tour is cancelled by us, we will refund in full the money paid by you to us.
Alterations to the tour by us
We reserve the right to make any minor changes to the tour at any time because of unforeseen circumstances, logistics or concerns for your safety, enjoyment or comfort.
Place of jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian Law and the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
You authorize us to use and disclose your personal data to third parties with regard to fulfilment of obligations connected with this contract according to the current European Regulation on privacy and personal data protection.
